Q:What should I do if i am in doubt of sizing?

Q: How does custom tailoring work on online orders? 

A: After placing your order we will reach out to you on email with a guide on how to easily measure yourself or your favourite blazer, so we can make sure that your new Havre Studio piece fits perfectly, and is just the right amount of oversized. 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Once the order is dispatched it takes approx 1-2 business days to the US, 2-4 business days to EU and 3-5 business days to the rest of the world. Custom tailored pieces take between 1-2 weeks to finalize.

Q: Do you ship worldwide? 

A: We ship with DHL Express. From dispatch our packages arrive within 1-5 business days, worldwide. 

Q: What is your return policy? 

A: We accept returns for storecredit within 7 days of receiving your item, including on custom tailored pieces.

Q: Where are the pieces produced? 

A: Our pieces are created in our Mexico City studio by our partnering tailors and drycleaners.
