Terms, Shipping and Returns
Vintage Items: Our carefully curated vintage and second-hand items may have small imperfections due to prior use, including pilling, discoloration, or small damages. We always repair such faults the best we can prior to dispatching. All items are one-of-a-kind.
Returns: Items can be returned for store credit within 7 days, with shipping costs borne by the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags.
Shipping & Delivery: Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees, duties, taxes, and potential delays. Havre Studio is not liable for lost or damaged packages, or for delays in customs. Shipping costs is calculated at check-out. Price is based on purchase amount and country of destination. All shipments are shipped with DHL.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of order placement. A transaction fee will apply.
Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact customer service within 48 hours. In case of defect or incorrect products, Havre Studio will offer to ammend the situation by one of following; return the product and receive a corresponding product, keep the product and ask for a relative reduction, return the product.
Please note that defect or incorrect product is not defined by sizing. The colors of items may vary slightly from the product image or in different lighting.
